Reply ...Waheguru ji ka Khalsa
Waheguru ji ki Fateh

Reply to the above question in the comment about using intention for manifestation :

The gurmat as generally thought about has become with ideas not supported by gurbani. This has happened since the early converts as Sikh came from diverse background. the prevailing Hindu view considers world as an illusion. They consider only the self as real and the world a Maya construct. So their way is to give up the world.

The Gurbani view is different. Gurbani explains that the world is a creation and as real as the creator since there is only ONE, true reality. The sach, truth has hidden blended presence in the creation. The purpose of creation is experience of the other. The other world has opposites . The world is a playful expression of the Ekankar. The Satnaam suggests that the Ekankar presence is the truth , meaning Akaal where as the creation is no permanent subject to life cycle.
Gurbani says the creation of sach is also Sach, except that it has aspects which are not part of sach like fear. Nirbhau suggests that fear is not a part of the creator but exists only in creation.

The gurmat thus says that we have to experience life with awareness together with our inner truth. We simply have to detach from Maya's influence. We live the world , enjoy being in it by remaining uninvolved with the five negative influences.

World living, the experience of living, the world products, the career, the growth, the inventions etc all are to be experienced in togetherness.

The attitude of the Sikh is not of haume, i.e. do not consider these as your's but a dath, meaning gift from the creator. To experience only, to share the gifts but not to become possessive. This s a different way of living in the world. this has sach as company.

When we use intention then know that Hukam creates. Hukam perfectly arranges the life experiences. We have a personality developed by us to experience this life. We do not have a free will, but a shared will. The will is of Karta, the Purakh expressed through us. We are part of Purakh (read aarti shabad). We are Jyote Swarope.

The Gurbani asks the Sikh to let go of Haume while living in this world. World is to be lived but without Haume.

Gurbani says to manifest . When we do Ardas it is a way of manifestation. The life we live is of togetherness consider all as HIS.
Gurmit Singhhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18338983098853077432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26326592.post-58173397059531879652019-02-18T06:04:06.734+05:302019-02-18T06:04:06.734+05:30Waheguru ji ka Khalsa

Veerji...Waheguru ji ka Khalsa
Waheguru ji ki Fateh

Veerji I have a question that has been puzzling me for some time. I have really enjoyed your post on manifestation and how powerful your intention is. And when you focus your intention on something you can perform miracles. This also goes into law of attraction. So my question is, is using the law of attraction and using your intention to create favorable conditions in your life against gurmat? For example, if I want a better job and I visualize and use my intention to THINK and FEEL that I have a better job already and I have no doubt... would that be against gurmat...because I used my intention and forced creation to create favorable conditions for me. Am I going against God's will? Should we just pray and not use intention? I am confused about this subject. Simply put is law of attraction ok in the eyes of Gurmat?

Please forgive me if the question Is elementary or offensive.

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa
Waheguru ji ki Fateh
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
