Aukhad means medicine and Naam is the Sach(truth) about reality of creation described in the Mool Mantar.Naam focus shift our conscious awareness wherein you keep feeling one with HIM .Naam is also an Aukhad(medicine), an healing in this life for all our problems. Naam is being one with the Sach, the true reality described in Gurbani, introduced to this world 500 years back by Guru Nanak It is a guidance to all humanity.
